REHAB TO HOME
Our rehab to home program truly makes a difference. Our patients begin their rehabilitation journey with an average ability score of 54.5 and achieve an impressive score of 86 in less than a month. This is a much faster improvement compared to the national average. We also help reduce the need for assistance with daily activities by over 50%. Plus, we use a patient specific functional scale where patients pick three goals they want to achieve during their rehab.
